to let you know that Carla and I deeply appreciate the EXTRA effort you provided in the sale
and closing of the condo. I have not been very impressed with the caliber of folks that are
generally associated with your profession. It seemed at time as if they were only out for the
easy money and didn't seem too interested in truly providing a good service for the fees.
Your performance, in a very difficult situation, was way beyond the call of duty. We
